🙋 Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before subscribing.

What exactly do I receive with each delivery? +
Depending on your plan: The Craving Fix includes 1 lasagna tray (2.75 lbs, serves up to 4) + 1 jar of fresh pasta sauce. Cero Stress Mom adds 1 portion of seasoned Venezuelan ground beef (400g). Big Family VIP doubles everything and includes a 3rd sauce jar free. Everything arrives refrigerated, in its tray, ready for the Air Fryer.
How do I heat the lasagna? +
Two simple steps — no defrosting needed: Air Fryer at 350°F for 20 minutes covered, then 400°F for 5 minutes uncovered for that golden crispy cheese crust. Total: 25 minutes. Dinner is served. 🤌
Can I pause or cancel my subscription? +
Absolutely — one WhatsApp message is all it takes. No calls, no forms, no cancellation fees, no questions asked. Going on vacation? Need to pause for a month? Just text Vane and it's done. You're always in control.
What is the order cutoff time? +
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are delivered the second business day. This ensures everything is freshly made — never rushed.
How long does the lasagna last in the refrigerator? +
Up to 5 days refrigerated. We recommend enjoying it within 3–4 days for best flavor and texture. Do not freeze — it is designed to be cooked and enjoyed fresh from the fridge.
Can I choose a different flavor each week? +
Yes! Just send Vane a WhatsApp message before your order cutoff and she'll note your preferred flavor for that week. You are never locked into one flavor forever.
Are there vegetarian options? +
Yes! Both Funghi & Truffle Gourmet and Quattro Formaggi lasagnas are 100% vegetarian. All three pasta sauces (Marinara, Vodka, and Quattro Formaggi) are also meat-free. The only non-vegetarian option is Lasagna Bolognese.
What's the difference between weekly and every 2 weeks? +
Same price per delivery — what changes is the frequency. Weekly means we deliver every 7 days. Every 2 weeks means twice a month. You can always switch by texting Vane on WhatsApp.
How does billing work? +
Your card is charged automatically on your chosen schedule at the same price per delivery. No hidden fees, no setup costs, no surprise charges. You receive a receipt via email for every payment.
Do you deliver outside of Aventura? +
